Responsibilities Our intake coordinators are responsible for taking phone calls and scheduling a patient's initial appointment with our providers. They will check insurances and verify patients' information, as well as coordinate with the medical providers to assure best care practices. Qualifications Excellent phone skills Prior customer service experience, preferably in the medical field Minimum of a high school diploma, at least AA degree preferred Ability to set priorities and work with minimal supervision Must speak well, clearly, and pleasantly while projecting empathy and helpfulness Ability to handle stress calmly and be flexible to change Excellent computer and keyboarding skills Knowledge of medical insurance a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
