The Opportunity

\n

Rack Law Group is seeking a Personal Injury Trial Attorney with significant civil litigation experience to join our expanding team.

\n

This is an opportunity for a skilled and motivated litigator who is prepared to take ownership of complex personal injury cases, develop effective litigation strategies, and advocate aggressively for clients from the initial evaluation of a case through settlement or verdict.

\n

The ideal candidate will have strong courtroom experience, excellent legal judgment, and the ability to manage a caseload while maintaining attentive and compassionate communication with clients.

\n

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, Arizona.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from filing suit through settlement or trial

\n

• Evaluate potential claims, liability, damages, insurance coverage, and case value

\n

• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation and trial strategies

\n

• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents

\n

• Conduct and defend depositions involving parties, witnesses, medical providers, and expert witnesses

\n

• Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, expert opinions, and other evidence

\n

• Negotiate with insurance carriers, defense counsel, and opposing parties

\n

• Represent clients during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials

\n

• Prepare witnesses, exhibits, experts, and case materials for trial

\n

• Maintain proactive and compassionate communication with clients throughout the legal process

\n

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, investigators, and medical experts

\n

• Ensure all cases are handled professionally, strategically, and in accordance with applicable deadlines and ethical requirements

\n

Qualifications

\n

• Active license to practice law in Arizona and good standing with the State Bar of Arizona

\n

• At least five years of civil litigation experience

\n

• Significant personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred

\n

• First-chair jury trial experience preferred

\n

• Strong understanding of liability, damages, insurance coverage, civil procedure, and evidentiary rules

\n

• Demonstrated experience drafting and arguing dispositive, evidentiary, and procedural motions

\n

• Extensive experience conducting and defending depositions

\n

• Proven ability to manage hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trials

\n

• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills

\n

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex cases and deadlines

\n

• Sound judgment, professionalism, and a client-centered approach

\n

• Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the legal team

\n

• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is highly beneficial

\n

Compensation and Benefits

\n

Rack Law Group offers a highly competitive compensation package designed to recognize experience, performance, and results:

$400,000 compensation package includes:

\n

• $250K base salary

\n

• Quarterly performance bonuses averaging approximately $150K per year 

\n

• $10K in annual profit-sharing through the firm’s 401(k) program

\n

• Paid health insurance

\n

• Paid time off
