Duties and Responsibilities Billing out Car deals - new, used, wholesale, and swaps Preparing DMV work for registration and title - including out of state Maintaining plate book, police book, ITP book Stocking in New and Used cars in CDK & police book Ordering DMV supplies Providing additional administrative support as needed Medical, Dental, and Vision 401K Plan with Match Paid time off Employee Vehicle Purchase Options Individually owned and operated Discounts on Products and Services Job Requirements Automotive experience required VERIFI DMV experience required Strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities Strong communication and people skills Ability to work with a team and work independently CDK/ADP skills a plus Full time position Monday to Friday, flexible hours Land Rover Southampton is a member of the Kollective Automotive Group.
