Duration: 12-month contract Talent Acquisition Specialist II executes full‑cycle recruiting for engineering roles, managing 20‑30 requisitions concurrently while collaborating with hiring managers to deliver a world‑class hiring experience. The role drives talent acquisition strategy, brand building, and metrics optimization within a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Talent Advisors to deliver a seamless hiring experience for managers and candidates Source and pre‑screen candidates for engineering roles across CO and OH Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview logistics Create and extend offers, including salary recommendations Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations Develop and execute sourcing and outreach strategies to attract top talent Build and maintain the employment brand through networking and social media Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire Ensure compliance with hiring processes, policies, and laws Maintain a consistent work schedule and manage up to 30 concurrent requisitions Foster positive relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders Perform additional duties as required Qualifications BS/BA degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of related experience (or a higher degree substituting for two years of experience) Minimum of 6 years recruiting experience if a degree is not held Prior recruiting experience within a technical organization or aerospace/defense industry Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably BrassRing Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency Detail‑oriented and able to follow established hiring processes Solid business acumen and quality decision‑making skills Willingness to travel locally and maintain confidentiality Preferred Skills Technical recruiting experience from staffing or corporate background Defense or aerospace industry background #J-18808-Ljbffr The Ash Group
