Wealth Consultant
The Wealth Consultant is responsible for uncovering new business opportunities across the Bank footprint and managing their current client relationships. This position will interact with clients and serve as a wealth consultant and helps identify other banking services needed by our high-net-worth clients. This position will serve as the first point of contact for all new business opportunities.
Principal Accountabilities:
Promote and develop new business activities for the acquisition of new Wealth clients through ongoing training and development of Bank associates.
Develop marketing strategies for internal and external partners. Oversee new business outreach efforts (newsletters, events, etc.).
Provide ongoing feedback and communication with referral partners.
Track and schedule new business opportunities and follow-up meetings.
Develop annual client strategies and coordinate team members to implement strategies.
Perform client reviews and updates to client's financial and estate plans, as needed.
Oversee the final presentation preparation for clients and/or prospects, utilizing IAA and WOA, as well as available systems: Accutech, Scorecard, fi360, etc.).
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years investment management, brokerage, or trust experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to relate to a diverse audience.
