We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative who is available to work Pacific (5am-2pm EST) or Mountain (6am-3pm EST) time as normal business hours to join a growing real estate property and facilities management organization in North Carolina. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving issues efficiently, and learning the operational side of an online auction and e-commerce environment. In this role, you will support day-to-day customer interactions, assist with administrative and account-related tasks, and contribute to a reliable, positive experience for clients using the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions, account concerns, and service issues through clear and thorough communication.

• Navigate the company’s online auction platform and internal tools to research problems and provide accurate solutions.

• Diagnose customer-related issues across connected systems and determine the appropriate next steps for resolution.

• Escalate more complex situations when needed, using sound judgment to protect the customer experience and business operations.

• Review auction listings before launch to confirm accuracy, completeness, and overall quality.

• Track receivables activity and assist with invoice follow-up to support timely customer payments.

• Contribute to the development of consistent support procedures that improve service quality and efficiency.

• Partner with technical teams to communicate recurring issues and help prioritize platform updates or fixes.

• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering dependable support and encouraging ongoing engagement.

• Previous experience in customer service within a call center, support environment, e-commerce business, or technology-focused setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and confidence in troubleshooting issues to identify practical solutions.
• Comfort using computers and learning new software platforms, tools, and web-based systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented approach with a customer-centered mindset and a strong focus on service quality.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, administrative support, invoicing, or accounts receivable is preferred.
• Familiarity with Mac operating systems or similar technical environments is a plus.
