Budget Review Coordinator

Overall Responsibilities: As a level 4 staff member, you perform responsibilities related to running budget reviews, maintaining financial reports, and facilitating budget decision making with guidance from a senior team member.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: On a weekly basis, you will be responsible for maintaining timelines, tracking progress, and communicating with content contributors to keep them on track. On a monthly cadence, you will present reviews and facilitate decision making as needed during those calls. On a day-to-day basis, you will follow up on AIs from prior reviews and triage/resolve reporting issues and requests. Successful execution of your responsibilities ultimately results in business owners getting the reporting, insights, and decision making they need to manage their budgets.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Process coordination: Manage timelines and communicate with content contributors to ensure budget reviews are delivered and AIs are completed on-time. Reporting: Pull reports and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting. Facilitate reviews: Present monthly budget reviews and facilitate effective discussions that result in clear decisions and AIs, ensuring cross-functional participants have a shared understanding of performance and action items. Executive communications: Give editorial feedback on budget review decks, ensuring all communications are clear and relevant for Senior Manager and Director-level audiences.
