Account Operations Manager

Driving operational excellence and governance, the full-time Account Operations and Performance Manager will oversee account performance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the account performance management program, managing KPI and SLA reporting, scorecards, and governance processes Maintain account governance, compliance, and risk management programs, ensuring contract adherence and facilitating leadership reviews Lead organizational change management initiatives and partner with leadership teams to improve processes and drive efficiencies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field 5-8+ years of experience in operations, account management, program management, or continuous improvement Experience supporting large, complex client accounts and cross-functional teams Proven success in leading change management and operational improvement initiatives Advanced SharePoint administration and strong Microsoft 365 skills
