Bilingual Housing Stabilization Case Manager
Victory Programs
Victory Programs is seeking a Bilingual Housing Support Case Manager in the Greater Boston area to provide up to 12 months of client-centered housing stabilization services. You will assess barriers to housing, develop individualized service plans, connect clients to housing resources, and collaborate with landlords, healthcare teams, and community agencies to promote long-term housing stability. Fluent in Spanish/English or Haitian Creole/English required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Victory Programs
