Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, establishing appropriate treatment goals and programs tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver comprehensive, goal-directed treatment sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to maximize patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate treatment plans with other healthcare professionals and community resources to facilitate holistic patient care.
• Consistently adhere to the New Jersey State Practice Act, APTA's Code of Ethics, and the company's core values during all patient interactions.
• Document treatments and patient progress accurately in compliance with regulations and institutional policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Assist in other related duties as assigned to support team objectives and foster a cohesive work environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient demographic that includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients. This variety provides a unique opportunity to apply your skills across different age groups and conditions, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. Your role will involve designing and implementing treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient while interpreting relevant data related to their age and health status.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current licensure from the State of New Jersey as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Strong background in orthopedic physical rehabilitation, demonstrating effective practices in improving patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively assess and address the needs of a variety of patient populations.

Preferred Experience

While not essential, preference will be given to candidates with advanced training in specific therapeutic techniques or specializations that enhance patient care. Proven experience in a private practice environment and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
