Pre-Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate self-starter with prior pre-litigation experience in personal injury law, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus, as it allows us to better serve our diverse client community. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, approaches challenges with a positive attitude, is highly organized, and takes pride in finding solutions for clients. This role requires frequent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in the claims process.
