• Clinic hours: 8 am ‐ 5 pm ‐‐ 60% clinic, 10% hospital, 30% procedures
• 16 ‐ 20 patients per shift

• Call: 1:2 or 1:3 ratio ‐‐ beeper call with 15‐minute response time
