Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Teterboro, NJ (100% On-Site)
Salary: $62,000 - $70,000 + Competitive Benefits

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations using accounting software
  
• Process high-volume cash receipts with speed and accuracy
  
• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
  
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues
  
• Generate, review, and distribute monthly customer statements
  
• Monitor aging reports and support collections efforts
  
• Accurately enter and maintain customer agreements and billing data
  
• Review and post recurring charges and invoices
  
• Assist with journal entries and general ledger support
  
• Support 1099/1096 reporting and year-end processes
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client and internal inquiries
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  
• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of their work
