Participate in local community outreach to foster meaningful connections within the Richmond area. Requirements Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license. Three years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-stakes client advisory. Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation. Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills. Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a client base.
