What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries
• Maintain surgical volume using three newly equipped operating rooms
• Participate in laparoscopic and other advanced surgical procedures
• Support childbirth and obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveries and VBACs
• Collaborate with physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, and the healthcare team
• Share call duties (1 in 4 rotation) and support a birth center with 24-hour epidural services
• Engage in evidence-based practice while enjoying a stable, low-turnover environment

What You Need

• Medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• At least 3 years of OB/GYN experience
• Ability to perform gynecological procedures and participate in obstetric care

• Experience with minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgeries
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, community-based setting
