You will collaborate with other team members to analyze data, research consumer behavior, and identify trends to make informed decisions about media placement.ResponsibilitiesManage budget and flighting updates in Lumina and Media ToolsProvide updates for all recurring budgeting needsHelp provide and oversee monthly savings documentsQA and update flowcharts and budget documents with accuracyTrack budget and flowchart changes with detail and organizationSupport strategy team with reach and frequency deliveries using Tardiis / NMIProvide audience and consumer insight data from syndicated tools like MRI and GWIProvide monthly global tracking updates for internal review and submissionSupport on building charts and slides for client presentationsHelp manage monthly competitive insight reporting and chart refreshes using data provided by competitive analystReview monthly billing against budget documents and flag discrepancies with strategy and investment leadsUpdate weekly TV goals based on the latest budget and flighting for submission to NationalVideo team update weekly media highlights, coordinating updates with investment teams and preparing client-ready slides for issuanceQualificationsMANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:Avanced English Level (B2+ minimum)At least 1 year of professional media planning experience.Media Marketing experience.Bachelor’s Degree; Media/advertising or related, Finance Economic or Business relatedGood understanding of planning campaigns across the various mechanisms, channels and buying modelsGOOD TO HAVE SKILLS /KNOWLEDGE:Planning and organizingContinuous learningStrong written and verbal communication skillsArticulation and negotiation skillsGood team playerSelf-starter who requires minimal oversightAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksProcess orientation and the ability to define and set up processes
