About This Role As an RN in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide critical care to high-acuity patients while collaborating with a dedicated team. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Department/Unit: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions. Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and families with educational materials considering cultural issues and other special concerns. Administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing protocol.
