Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs and strengths.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide comprehensive care and continuity in treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
