Seeking a full-time Bilingual Presales Solutions Engineer, the candidate will manage technical demonstrations, customize trial portals, and assist clients with integration questions in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Perform technical online demonstrations for potential clients Create and customize trial portals to showcase the LMS capabilities Assist with technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues encountered by prospects Required qualifications Completion of a post-secondary degree or certification in business, technology, or a related field Spanish-English bilingual proficiency (written and verbal) Experience in managing multiple priorities in an Enterprise environment Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders Technical background with client-facing sales support experience preferred
