Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based tools and techniques.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions for clients dealing with diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and resolution of interpersonal conflicts.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate client feedback, outlining objectives and specific interventions to track their progress effectively.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health episodes, ensuring they receive necessary resources and referrals.

• Maintain up-to-date and secure client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding confidentiality and informed consent.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
