Location: Pennington, NJ (Fully Onsite)

Contract: 10/5/2026 10/5/2027 (Potential for Extension or Permanent Placement)

Pay Rate: $ 21.00/HR, Paid Weekly

Shift Availability: Monday Friday; Multiple Shift Available Below

Training: Held Monday Friday from 9:00 AM 5:30 PM EST. Upon completion of training, employees will transition to the schedule selected at the time of the offer.

• MonFri | 9:00 AM5:30 PM
• MonFri | 9:30 AM6:00 PM
• MonFri | 10:00 AM6:30 PM

Position Overview

Client Account Services (CAS) primary client is Financial Advisors and Client Associates. CAS provides general investment account maintenance support such as opening a new account, maintaining existing accounts, and enrolling accounts in new features. This can include (but is not limited to) providing tutorial assistance, troubleshooting errors, and document review.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients and internal partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses at the point of contact.
• Deliver effective and efficient operational support to internal business partners, external customers, and prospective clients.
• Assist with opening, maintaining, and updating retirement accounts.
• Provide tutorial assistance, troubleshoot errors, and review account documentation.
• Accurately authenticate clients and follow all applicable policies and procedures.
• Identify and escalate potential risks appropriately.
• Navigate multiple applications and systems to research products, procedures, and account issues.
• Document relevant information quickly and accurately while keeping the client fully engaged.
• Resolve and de-escalate challenging situations professionally and respectfully.
• Deliver a positive experience that helps improve customers' financial lives.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous call center experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and continuously changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
• Flexible, ambitious, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Workplace Expectations

• Cell Phones: The manager will review designated areas and approved times for personal phone calls.
• Dress Code: Professional business-casual attire is required for both the interview and the assignment.
• Attendance: Consistent daily attendance is required. Employees must follow the proper call-out procedures and notify the attendance line, direct supervisor, and staffing vendor of any absence.
• Punctuality: Employees are allotted up to 16 hours of time off during their first 90 days. Candidates are strongly encouraged not to schedule time off during training.
• Training Environment: Candidates must be comfortable participating in virtual training while onsite. Please do not bring personal comfort items, such as blankets, into the workplace.

Working Conditions

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
