Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health and substance use disorders. Your work will involve addressing both acute and chronic issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance dependence, and a variety of co-occurring disorders. You will advocate for clients' needs, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journey through accessible, compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating a solid grasp of therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
