Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy by applying a variety of evidence-based modalities, ensuring that interventions are tailored to each client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients facing acute mental health situations, employing rapid assessment techniques and de-escalation skills when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, serving as an advocate for their rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, which reflects your experience and credentials.
