Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative
South Charleston, WV (Onsite)
$17/hr + Performance-Based Bonuses
Contract: 6+ Months
Flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST
Our client is hiring Customer Service Retention & Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced customer support team. In this role, you'll assist customers over the phone, resolve concerns, retain accounts, and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Retain customers by addressing concerns and offering solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
- Process account updates and service requests.
- Meet customer service, retention, and sales goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous sales, retention, or upselling experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Start Dates: 8/31 & 9/28
