Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' psychological, social, and health conditions, allowing for informed and individualized treatment planning.

• Develop and implement effective evidence-based therapies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, including risk assessment and development of personalized safety plans.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment, sharing insights and strategies to support client progress.

• Assist clients in navigating local resources, such as housing, employment, and financial support systems, enhancing their community engagement and quality of life.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies, providing important records that inform client care.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance professional knowledge and share best practices, promoting an integrated approach to mental health.
