Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to grow their career in accounting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries and monthly accruals Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain and update fixed asset schedules Support accounts payable and receivable processing Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules as required Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Assist with audits by providing documentation and support to external auditors Maintain accurate and organized financial records Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as needed Manage and collect outstanding customer payments to ensure timely invoice payments and healthy cash flow for the company. Set up and maintain vendor files, reconciling statements, and addressing inquiries.
