You will act as the founding commercial lead in Germany, owning the end-to-end sales pipeline and shaping the go-to-market strategy. What You Will Do Build and manage a robust pipeline of B2B enterprise customers across DACH and Eastern Europe, driving the entire sales cycle from lead to close. Collaborate with technical and financial decision-makers to model and valorize energy flexibility, turning complex data into actionable business cases. Develop and refine the regional go-to-market strategy, identifying key market signals and partnership opportunities to scale the brand in new territories. The ideal candidate Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales within the energy, SaaS, or industrial technology sectors, with experience managing high-value, complex deal cycles. Fluent in both German and English with an existing network of enterprise decision-makers and stakeholders across the German energy landscape.
