About the role

Reporting to the most senior HRBP in region, and in close collaboration with other HRBPs, the regional HRBP provides support for all functional areas within their region. As needed, the HRBP will drive HR programs and projects which may have cross functional or Company-wide scope, partnering with cross functional stakeholders. As we're growing our presence in APAC, and India especially, we're looking for an energetic and motivated HRBP to join our team.

What You'll Do

Become an engaged member of the HR team who develops strong relationships and shares best practices with other HRBPs, you're someone who is comfortable and can flex easily in a dotted line supporting matrix, and collaborates effectively with internal and external CloudBees HR partners and stakeholders in partnership with senior HRBP(s), roll out and train managers on HR programs & policies to help CloudBees achieve business goals.

Coordinate with key internal HR partners to ensure effective and impactful onboarding and offboarding experiences for Bees in region.

Support data accuracy and use data to create reports on key areas related to employee engagement to senior HRBPs and HR leadership.

Identify areas of opportunity, propose and implement solutions within your areas of responsibility.

Have fundamental understanding of CloudBees policies and performance of management processes and be able to provide sound guidance and coaching on first tier employee relations and performance development.

Recognize sensitive employee relations or performance management issues and escalate appropriately.

Establish clear & measurable goals that are aligned to the success of HR and CloudBees.

Demonstrate strong business acumen & track record of earning trust and respect from managers.

You may participate in hiring process for people manager roles.

You may support HR operations initiatives regionally.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role (Minimum 5 years).
• Strong understanding of HR programs, policies, and performance management processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Business-oriented with a track record of earning trust and respect from managers.
• The role would be located in India, primarily in Bangalore. Ability to travel across India. Maybe infrequent international travel.
