Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities Responsible for managing and developing a territory of independent agents Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals Drive new business policy and premium growth Assess agency mix of business, retention and profitability results Responsible for agency onboarding and training regarding Hallmark products Effectively present and communicate to large groups Evaluate agency relationships for profitability Attend and participate in industry conventions and events Maintain up to date records of field activity, contact information Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3-5 years insurance sales experience A working knowledge of non-standard auto insurance operations: claims, coverage, products and underwriting Bi‑Lingual (English and Spanish) preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Organization and Time Management Ability to analyze and interpret report data through spreadsheets Problem Solving Skills Flexibility and motivation as a self‑starter Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
