A hospital in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a permanent Hospitalist position offering a predictable schedule, strong compensation, and a supportive hospital team.

Compensation & Benefits
1099 compensation structure $160 per hour or $1,920 per shift Optional night shifts available at $170/hour for additional earnings Stable schedule with predictable time off Supportive administrative and clinical environment Professional growth and long-term practice opportunity
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine REQUIRED Active California Medical License REQUIRED Active DEA License REQUIRED Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
