Dialysis Outpatient RN: Leader in Nephrology Care

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced Outpatient RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate comprehensive care for patients undergoing hemodialysis. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care, delegating tasks to RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians as needed.
