Isla Bella Beach Resort 1 Knights Key Blvd Marathon, FL 33050, USA Description Job Summary Isla Bella Beach Resort is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages in a luxury resort environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere, enjoys creating memorable guest interactions, and takes pride in providing elevated hospitality and service. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests at all times Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming, engaging bar atmosphere Maintain extensive knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Ensure the bar is properly set up, clean, organized, and fully stocked before, during, and after service Complete side work including stocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, fruit, and supplies Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to leadership Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws and resort standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout all bar areas Assist fellow team members as needed to support efficient operations and exceptional guest service Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience required; luxury resort or hospitality experience preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage preparation techniques Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcohol TIPS certification or equivalent preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire) We offer a great team environment and competitive benefits including: Additional voluntary benefits Employee housing based on availability Discounts at EOS Hospitality sister properties Opportunities for growth within EOS Hospitality Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr EOS Hospitality LLC
