Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable Assistant
Responsible for assisting with basic AP administration to help ensure the accurate and timely processing and distribution of accounts payable invoices and inquiries. Essential duties and responsibilities include reviewing inquiries received in the "AP Questions" mailbox, distributing emails per the AP team distribution list, processing invoices in Esker, reconciling vendor statements as needed, contacting vendors to request copies of missing invoices, assisting with accounts payable preparations and audit process requests, and assisting the AP department in various projects and initiatives. Other duties assigned as needed.
Skills and abilities demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail. Detail oriented and capable of analyzing complex financial/operational data. Intermediate proficiency in PC/Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word). Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring deadlines are met. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.
Education and/or experience high school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in a corporate environment.
