This full-time, on-site role in La Conner, WA includes managing calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential records and files. The role involves preparing documents and reports, arranging logistics for appointments and events, and performing general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and office organization. The Executive Personal Assistant will also assist with personal tasks for the executive as needed, prioritize competing demands, and anticipate requirements to streamline day-to-day operations.
