Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional status, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Utilize effective therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapies, to promote healing and growth.

• Provide crisis intervention support, ensuring immediate and sensitive care for clients facing urgent mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive care strategies, integrating services and resources from various disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients we serve come from varied backgrounds and experiences, ranging from young adults adjusting to life transitions to older adults dealing with chronic mental health issues. We see clients suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions, making cultural competence and empathy essential skills for this position. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a tailored approach that reflects their unique challenges and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A current state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.
