Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Line Lead for a food manufacturing company in Inver Grove Heights, MN. In this role, youll oversee daily production line activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Oversee daily assembly line operations to ensure efficient production

Train, mentor, and support line staff to meet production goals

Monitor product quality and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety regulations

Complete required paperwork including production, time, and safety documentation

Coordinate materials and inventory needed for the shift

Previous manufacturing experience (13 years preferred), ideally in food production

Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to solve problems and maintain production flow

Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation to the Inver Grove Heights area

Ability to pass any required pre-employment background check or drug screen
