Remote Workday Cutover Coordinator

Job Description Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5 pm CT. Hours may be subject to change based on project needs to include earlier morning hours, evenings or weekends. We are seeking a Cutover Coordinator to support Project Tempo, an initiative focused on transitioning hourly employees to a new Workday Time Tracking and Absence system. This contract role will play a critical part in planning and executing the cutover strategy across multiple deployment phases. The Cutover Coordinator will partner closely with the project management team and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to the new platform. This individual will be responsible for developing detailed cutover plans, coordinating activities across teams, managing risks, and ensuring all deployment milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
