Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions via live video, helping adult clients manage and overcome a broad spectrum of emotional disorders.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that strategically target the unique challenges of each patient, such as family relationship issues or maladaptive behavioral patterns.

• Utilize video conferencing software to facilitate engaging and constructive remote therapy sessions, ensuring that each individual feels supported and understood.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients who may struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, addiction, and various mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience treating patients as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficiency in utilizing computers and telehealth software for effective patient engagement; prior experience in a telemedicine setting is highly advantageous.

• A strong understanding of diagnostic principles, treatment methodologies, and rehabilitation techniques for addressing mental health and functional disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
