Inside Sales Representative - Remote, USA - Pacific Time Zone

Guardant Health seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive adoption of its Shield blood test for colorectal cancer screening. The role involves virtual prospecting, relationship-building with healthcare providers, and achieving sales targets within a remote, US-based position.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into active ordering accounts using analytical insights
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through virtual prospecting and strategy execution
- Build virtual relationships with healthcare providers to drive Shield test adoption
- Engage providers to understand needs and demonstrate how offerings improve patient outcomes
- Provide product training and education to primary care practices for seamless workflow integration
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales experience with sales goals; inside sales experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly
- Demonstrated virtual selling ability, objection handling, and customer needs alignment
- Quick learner able to master and apply technical product knowledge
- CRM system experience such as Salesforce or Veeva preferred
- Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
