Inside Sales Representative - Remote, USA - Eastern Time Zone

Guardant Health seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive adoption of its SHIELD blood test for colorectal cancer screening among healthcare providers. The role combines virtual prospecting, relationship-building, and sales execution to expand early detection offerings across primary care practices.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business leads into active ordering accounts using data analytics
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through virtual prospecting and relationship development
- Build and maintain relationships with primary care providers to drive SHIELD test adoption
- Educate healthcare practices on product benefits and support workflow integration
- Use Salesforce, Veeva, and competitive data to inform sales strategy and decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales experience with documented sales goals
- Virtual inside sales experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel occasionally for field visits and national sales meetings
