Inside Sales Representative - Remote, USA - Central Time Zone

Guardant Health seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive adoption of its Shield blood test for colorectal cancer screening. This remote role involves virtual prospecting, relationship-building with healthcare providers, and achieving sales targets within the precision oncology sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into active ordering accounts using analytical insights
- Meet or exceed sales targets through virtual prospecting and relationship-building with healthcare providers
- Engage primary care practices virtually to educate stakeholders on Shield test integration and clinical benefits
- Leverage internal data systems to understand market trends and inform sales strategy execution
- Maintain high-touch customer service and resolve provider issues proactively throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales experience with sales goals; inside sales experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar) preferred
- Superior negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Demonstrated resilience, initiative, and results-driven mindset
