Inside Sales Representative- Remote, USA - Eastern Time Zone

Guardant Health seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive early detection of colorectal cancer through virtual sales of the Shield blood test. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, meeting sales targets, and supporting field-based commercial efforts in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into active ordering accounts using analytical insights
- Meet or exceed regional sales targets through prospecting and relationship building
- Engage primary care practices virtually to drive Shield test adoption for cancer screening
- Provide product training and support to healthcare providers for workflow integration
- Utilize CRM and internal data platforms to inform sales strategies and market decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales experience with sales goals or inside sales background
- Virtual selling and objection-handling ability in sales conversations
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn and apply technical product knowledge rapidly
- CRM proficiency preferred (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar)
- Superior negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for occasional field visits
