Community Operations & Leasing Assistant

Asset Living

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and financial functions for a housing community on site. You will supervise staff, assist with budgeting, manage accounts receivable, and ensure resident satisfaction through effective leasing and service. The role focuses on rent collection, charge postings, and daily postings; you will implement marketing plans and retention programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
