Live Hospitality Miami | Miami, FL

Key Responsibilities
Lead all sales strategies and revenue generation for group events, private dining, corporate buyouts, and VIP experiences.Sponorship Experience a plus
Develop and manage key accounts within Miami's corporate, entertainment, and hospitality sectors.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
Collaborate with marketing, nightlife programming, and food & beverage leadership to create compelling event offerings.
Represent the venue at trade events, networking functions, and with high-profile prospects.
Own your sales pipeline, forecasts, and results to drive success.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment venues, or live events.
Existing relationships and experience in the Miami market are a strong advantage.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in high-volume, high-energy environments.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset — think like an owner and operate with urgency.
Comfortable working in a pre-opening, fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.
