A company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives. This executive role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive performance, optimize systems, and ensure financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and risk management functions
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital strategy
• Lead ERP implementation and financial systems optimization
• Present financial insights to executive leadership, board, and investors
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of finance leadership experience
• Experience in manufacturing, CPG, or high-growth environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and ERP systems
• Proven leadership and executive communication skills

$225,000 - $250,000 a year
