Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate
• Possession of an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering individualized and inclusive education to preschoolers
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and paraprofessionals
• Strong skills in communication, adaptability, and implementing behavior management strategies
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and fostering positive classroom environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for preschool students
• Modify curriculum and develop engaging, age-appropriate instructional materials
• Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure continuity of learning between home and school
• Facilitate small group and one-on-one instruction to address unique learning needs
• Support social, emotional, and behavioral development through tailored interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school activities as required
