Government Workforce Planning & Contingent Labor Lead
Humana
Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements. You will develop staffing models, manage the Position Tracking System, and support audits and vendor relations. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding of temporary workers, responding to HR requests, and producing monthly staffing reports.
