Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver and manage a wide range of therapeutic services including individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, psychological assessments, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose and assess mental and emotional disorders; develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based approaches to address psychological disorders, enhance coping strategies, and foster personal growth.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Engage in training to conduct bariatric psychological evaluations and participate in ongoing retreats and therapeutic activities to enhance team cohesion and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, who face various emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Your role will be integral in guiding clients through their unique journeys toward improved mental health and relationship satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
