Job Title: Product Specialist Customer Service Representative Location: Lakewood, NJ Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $24/ hour Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm Job Title: Product Specialist Customer Service Representative Location: Lakewood, NJ Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $24/ hour Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding product, product features, and troubleshooting Provide product information, installation support, and technical assistance to customers Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, diagnosing problems, and providing solutions Document customer interactions, including issues and resolutions, in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system Coordinate with the technical support team to elevate complex technical issues Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on product selection and usage Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to products or services Stay updated on new productsand product developments to provide accurate information Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Experience: 1–2 years of customer service experience Technical support experience is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
