Project Manager

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for real estate, facilities, and corporate operations initiatives, from concept through close-out. Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making. Manage external consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure performance, quality, and contractual compliance. Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations, building codes, safety standards, and company policies. Track project performance, report status to leadership, and proactively address issues and changes. Support continuous improvement by applying project management best practices, lessons learned, and standard processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (required) Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive project management experience supporting facilities, real estate, or corporate operations projects. Demonstrated experience managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. Experience working with external vendors, contractors, and professional service firms. Certified PMPs or equivalent certification (preferred). Strong financial acumen, including capital planning and cost control. English proficiency required.
